Facility was located near Akihabara station, within 10-15 mins walk. The location was quiet and I enjoyed my time at the hostel. The staff are very welcoming and speak some English, very straightforward and easy. I stayed for 2 nights and got lucky as the people in my dorm were relatively quiet. There were some conversations that did happen at night but they kept it short. It really depends on who ends up being in the same room as you. The washroom was outside our room so when people were blow drying their hair, you could hear that. There is a small locker that you can keep your valuables locked up but your carry on or checked luggage would be in the room with you. Other than that, it was a great time. Definitely would stay here again!

I appreciate the staff, who were very attentive and friendly. There was also a nice spot to relax, such as a cafeteria or lounge. The kitchen was well-equipped for anyone needing to warm up food or get water. I liked the shower and bathroom; they were clean and well-prepared for use. Additionally, they provided everything necessary, including a coin-operated washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and more. It is also very close to major stations (15-minute walk), and there are several convenience stores nearby.

Good and clean facilities. The women's washroom was very spacious and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. The room was clean but not much free space which made packing/unpacking a bit more difficult, but not unmanageable. The aircon worked very well in the room and the complimentary earplugs were appreciated. The location was great with the hostel being equidistant from Akihabara and Asakusabashi stations so it was well connected to the rest of Tokyo.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The capsules and the bathroom were clean. During our stay we only had good capsule neighbors. Everyone tried not to disturb each other. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is the breakfast. We chose the accommodation because of the breakfast offer. We got tea and coffee and only donuts. They weren't even tasty. Individually wrapped, very greasy and very tasteless. So you can't call it breakfast. If only the donuts had been tasty...

Very nice accommodations, modern design, and very comfortable. I was lucky to be able to find this place, and I booked 3 nights not long before the check-in date. The staff is great, especially Akino. I didn't ask for her name, but I saw it on the "Meet Our Staff" board. She is an enthusiastic, energetic girl who can speak English very well and has traveled to many countries. Both the room and the bathroom are nice, clean, and private even though it is a shared space.
